Your plan covers an allowance. Only these count against it, and only what exceeds it is charged.
The billable unit. One sale, signed once by a control unit.
Poll the status endpoint as often as you like. Reads are never billed.
A repeated POST of the same reference returns the first invoice. One reference, one signature, one charge.
A KRA rejection is not a signature. You are billed for the receipts you printed.
A refund is itself a signed receipt with its own CU number, so it meters like one.
Sandbox invoices are free, for as long as you need them, before and after you go live.
